- SENP minimum 3 years in current business
- SEP minimum 2 years into practice (After obtaining Registration Number)
Documents Needed
The document required to apply for Loans are easy to obtain. Indicated below is the list of documents required to avail a loan against property.

Photo Identity Proof
- Aadhar card
- Voter id
- Valid passport
- updated Bank passbook with Photo attestation by nationalized bank/Pvt Bank
- PAN Card
- ID Proof issued by Panchayat
- Gram Sevak

Address Proof
- Aadhar card
- Ration card
- Voter id
- Electricity bill
- Valid passport
- Rahivashi Dhakla issued by sarpanch of the village
- Updated Bank passbook of nationalized bank/Pvt Bank with same address
- Address proof issued by Gram Sevak

Income Proof
- 3 years ITR with at least gap 6 months including; Computation of Total Income, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet.( Min.3 year )
- Copy of GST Registration
- Copy of monthly and quarterly GST Returns for last 1 year.
- Shop Act Licence ( for urban/semi urban vicinity) /Gram panchayat certificate regarding business details (for rural area)
- Certificate of Incorporation of Borrower Company and Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) for Private Limited Company
- Copy of Registered Partnership Deed if Borrower is a Partnership Firm.
- Copy of Registered Deed for LLP.
- Current Account statement of Main Business Banking account and other associated bank accounts for last 1 year.
- Copies of all existing facility/ sanction letters
