Eligibility Criteria

Farmers with a strong credit record along with a feasible Agri-project plan

  • Minimum land holding of 3 acre
  • Other considerable source of income should also be there
  • Age of applicant should be minimum 22 years old at the time of sanction and should not be more than 60 years old at the time of end of tenor of loan

  • Latest Saving account passbook for the past 6 months.

Property/farming land Document

  • Original 7/12 extract
  • 8Aextract, Ferfar (6D)
  • Boundary map from Talati/self- attested by farmer
  • Govt valuation report from sub-registrar office/market valuation report
