Eligibility Criteria - for Individuals

Person with a satisfactory credit record along with acceptable collateral

  • Property ownership vintage should be Min.5 year in the name of borrower/Co-borrower.
  • Title clear report commercial /residential property
    • Loan upto Rs. 5.00 lac, 1 TITLE SEARCH REPORT for last 30 years and
    • Loan Above Rs. 5.00 lac, 2 Title search rport last 30 years is required
  • Age of applicant should be minimum 22 years old at the time of sanction and should not be more than 55 years old at the time of end of tenor of loan, In case of salaried Maximum Age limit 55 years at the end of loan tenure with residual service of at least 2 months over and above last EMI repayment date.
  • In case of salaried person, employment vintage should be min. of 5 years
  • In case of self-employed, borrower business vintage should be of 5 Years
